Please read and sign: The undersigned does hereby indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City of Coronado, the Coronado Ferry Landing, the Unified Port of San Diego and the Coronado Historical Association and their elected and/or appointed officers, officials, agents, employees, volunteers and subcontractors from and against any and all causes of action, claims, liabilities, obligations, judgments, losses, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of litigation ("claims") arising out of, or in connection with, the participation of the undersigned in the Coronado Art Walk, excepting only loss, injury, damage, including attorneys' and costs of litigation ("claims") arising out of, or in connection with, the participation of the undersigned in the Coronado Art Walk, excepting only loss, injury, damage or cost that arise out of the intentional wrongful acts, violations of law, or the sole active negligence of any of the above named entities.

Submittal Instructions:

  • A $25 non-refundable, non-transferable entry fee made payable to "Coronado Historical Association" is due by July 15, 2017
  • The booth fee is not due until you have been officially accepted into the show.
  •  Please submit three (3) digital photos of your work to artwalk@coronadohistory.org. In addition a digital photo of your display must be submitted. 
  • Please return your application to: Coronado Historical Association / Coronado Art Walk 2017, 1100 Orange Avenue Coronado, CA 92118.  For digital submissions, email to: artwalk@coronado history.org.
  • All applicants will be notified of application status via email, no later than JULY 30, 2017. 

APPLICATION MUST BE POSTMARKED BY JULY 15, 2017. Be sure to make a copy for your files!
